New Crew in the Abacos!

New Crew in the Abacos!

Embarking on a new adventure in the Abacos, the crew bids farewell to Amanda as she heads back to the United States for a wedding. In this YouTube video, the solo sailor sets off on a 60-mile journey to meet the newest member, Chelsea, who brings a wealth of fishing knowledge to the team. Join them as they navigate the waters and embrace the changes that come with welcoming a new crew member on board.

– Welcome Chelsea, Our Newest Crew Member!

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our newest crew member, Chelsea! Chelsea joins us as a skilled fisherperson, ready to teach us a thing or two about fishing. Her passion for the sea and her expertise are sure to make a great addition to our team as we set sail on this new adventure.

As Chelsea gets settled in with us, we want to extend a warm welcome and wish her the best experience on board. With Amanda heading back for a short while, Chelsea will have the chance to bring her own unique perspective and skills to the crew. We can’t wait to see all the fantastic things she will bring to our journey together. Welcome aboard, Chelsea!

– Ensuring Proper Water Supply on the Boat

I have been making sure to monitor our water supply closely, especially since we have been out at sea for a few nights now. We are down to about a quarter of a tank of water, which is approximately 45 gallons. However, to ensure that we have enough water for the journey ahead, I have filled three five-gallon jugs that I plan to transfer into our water tank.

One of the challenges I have encountered is that our boat does not carry as much water as I would like. Despite this, I am taking the necessary steps to ensure that we have a sufficient water supply on board. With proper planning and strategic water management, we can continue our journey smoothly and without any water-related issues.

– Farewell to Amanda and Excitement for the Fishing Lessons with Chelsea

I bid farewell to Amanda as she heads back to the United States for a wedding, leaving me to sail solo 60 miles up to the Abacos to meet our newest crew member, Chelsea. She is scheduled to arrive tomorrow and bring her passion for fishing to our team. Excited to learn new skills and techniques from her expertise in the sport as we explore the waters together.

As we prepare for Chelsea’s arrival and my solo sail, I am grateful for the memories shared with Amanda during our time on the boat. Despite the challenge of limited water supply on board, we made the most of our resources and managed to keep the vessel running smoothly. Looking forward to the upcoming fishing lessons with Chelsea and the adventures that lie ahead as we navigate the sea with a renewed sense of excitement and anticipation.

As the video comes to an end, we see the transition of crew members from Amanda to Chelsea, with Bobby taking care of the boat in the meantime.
